THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES EXCEPT FOR INCORRECT OR MISSING PRODUCTS.
SA has a strict quality control process before products are dispatched. SA will deal with incorrect or missing products as follows:
a. For incorrect products, SA offers a full refund or replacement if you provide the screenshot of your product with complaint, which should include name, content and date.
b. For products with wrong color, size which doesn't affect product function, etc., SA offers refund or resend if you provide the screenshot of your product with complaint, which should include name, content and date.
c. For parts missing which doesn’t affect product function, SA may refund partially or resend the missing part; for parts missing which affect product function, SA will resend the product only. MUST provide the screenshot of your product with complaint, which should include name, content and date.
Customer must pay all shipping and handling charges for returned items. Please note that All returns must have an RMA#.

Please return products within 10 days after receiving products. After 10 days there are no exchanges or returns., example below:
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
You may return all defective products (after receiving an RMA#) for credit or exchange within 15 days from the date of shipment. If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging. If one of these terms are not met there will be up to a 20% restocking fee. If you choose to return a defective unit for a refund, the shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
NO RETURNS ON ITEMS if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. NO RETURNS ON ITEMS due to mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product.
